To increase profit from e-store for one of the biggest retail chains in Belarus (344 stores).
Based on Big Data, we designed a predictive analysis system for more accurate offers for online store users, using up-sell, cross-sell and down-sell technics. During the improvement process of the online store, our aims were to increase the average cheque and raise the conversion of purchases via the Internet ( an UX audit of the website interface by efforts of UX retail experts).
CHALLENGES WE'VE OVERCOME:
-Found the most economical and fastest way to achieve the goal, despite a wide range of products and a fuzzy targeted audience;
-Processed large amounts of data (several hundred million records);
-Ensured data security by info depersonalization;
Our team set up Big Data processes within the organization and developed a roadmap to implement the solution.
