STEP 1
Problems & Needs Analysis
Before making any activity it is essential to validate the idea to be sure that we are facing the real market demand. That can be done by so-called Pain-Need-Desire analysis, while we eliminate all unclarities about product aim, competitors, target users and business model. And if we see some high risks – it’s better to handle the pivot right away.

STEP 2
Solution Generation & Prototyping
Next stage is product formation – we need to invent the solution that will perfectly hit the core customer’s need and will be competitive. We are doing it by Business Analysis – Vision and Scope preparing, Product Backlog with core features and of course Prototyping – we need to have something in our hands in order to show to prospective investors, partners and customers.

STEP 3
Architecture Design & Project Plan
As soon as all high-level features are described we need to have finalized development plan – specify the team, prepare release and delivery plan, specify key milestones. Also before actual development, it is essential to design the project architecture – in order to make it scalable and ready for the possible future modifications. Next, we can dive into Sprints development.

UI & Features Design
Every Sprint starts with defining the exact specifications that will be used by all the technical team and creating UI design - user-friendly and clean interface that should impress the user from the first view.

STEP 5
Development
The prototype, specification, design - everything ready, this is the moment of glory for the development team. Newly forming a project crew, but having collaborated within the company for ages and directed by a Project manager, the engineers work their magic and create a full-scale product out of the previous steps and results.

Quality Assurance
To err is human, and though we reduce error number to the minimum at the very development stage, there is always a QA Engineer to challenge all we’ve done. Here, the team polish the last nicks-and-burrs and assures that the system is perfect.

Results Review
As the Sprint implementation is ready we need to validate its results, gather customer’s feedback and dive into the new one, keeping in mind tracking all main development KPIs in order to handle constant process improvement.
