Goal
Euroopt is one of the biggest retail chains in Belarus (344 stores) and leading grocery eStore. Within the project, we have worked with eStore itself. The goals of the project were to increase sales and average cheque.
Solution
Applying the eStore Big Data analysis, Stone Labs increased the average cheque using upsell, down-sell (based on the historical user transactions), increased the average cheque using cross-sell (based on the predictions of the user’s preferences), and increased sales by reactivating «sleeping» customers. As the data was confidential, it was highly important to provide enough security. It was reached by Data Depersonalization and Transaction Encoding. Email Newsletter has worked very successfully and sales in shops were increased.
