The client is the leading marketing agency in the UK. The task was to implement an effective personalized and custom approach for an ad campaign by using 3rd party data.
Solution
To make an advertisement campaign as personalized as possible, it’s important to get a clear vision of who your customers are and what do they prefer. In this case, we have gathered available customers’ information from social networks about their interests, preferences, likes. All this data then were analysed and clustered. Based on these clusters unique proposals were formed and sent to each customer. Data Analysis helped to prepare very personalized advertisements, which are more likely to interest the user.
Features
We have taken the email/phone numbers of the loyalty program customers from the company database. Then collected & visualized the data from LinkedIn, Twitter, FB, Google+ and other 3d party sources and created customers’ profiles by social status, interests, lifestyle, working industry and etc.
