The cloud-based analyzing system verifies the main POS’ KPIs and supports the decision-making process for the managers. The app was developed for outlet agents. They are the people whose task is to inspect the outlets with their company’s production represented, noting the information about the disposition of the items among the whole outlet selection, registering the sales results and entering other important corporate information. Based on this information, JTI makes decisions if it is reasonable to continue the partnership with POS or not. Specific mobile app for JTI agents decreased the inspection time per POS by 50%.
The app eases the data collecting process providing special templates with forms to fill in and lists to choose from. Every template is generated automatically, depending on the data the server asks for. The application is also equipped with an auto report generation module.
