Setting up a more efficient allocation of employees at sales outlets, for Rossmann - the retail chain that operates 1,115 stores across Germany.
Solution
A huge number of features with the identification of the most important ones that could affect the sales forecast were analyzed. The desired result was achieved through in-depth business analysis. Eventually, the prediction of individual sales by all stores 6 months ahead with 88% forecast precision made it possible to optimize labor needed to monitor the chain operations.
